Carriage
We despatch all orders as soon as possible. Please 'phone us on 01934 835847 for urgent orders to confirm stock and availability.
 
Most orders are sent by Royal Mail first class post or courier. We will notify you as soon as your order has been despatched. Please note for deliveries to Highlands & Islands, Northern Ireland and all UK islands delivery can take up to 4 working days.
Our UK carriage charges
UK mainland delivery is free for all orders over £75.00. For all orders under £75 a charge of £5 for postage and packing is made. This rate applies to all UK mainland postcodes.
International delivery
We are happy to ship orders anywhere in the world. We use Royal Mail's Airmail service.

Our packaging
Please do not be surprised if your goods turn up in a second hand box, which might have originally housed a computer, an Amazon delivery or bottles of wine because where possible we reuse packaging and collect used boxes from neighbours, friends and family. When we have to use new packaging, we use biodegradable bubblewrap and postal bags made from recycled materials. We make a 75p charge for packing your order and this is included in the carriage rates above.
Unwanted Item/s
There is no need to worry if you have had a change of heart with your purchase, just email us at sales@greenerstyle.co.uk. We will reply with a reference number and you can return the goods to us. You must contact us within 30 days of receipt for a full refund of goods. The carriage costs shall be borne by you.
 
Please note however, that all returned goods must be in a full re-saleable condition, unless the item(s) are faulty or defective.
 
Upon receipt of the goods we will give you a full refund of the amount paid, less postage costs, or an exchange credit for the full amount as required.
 
Please be aware that you must email us or call us before returning any unwanted or faulty items to get a return number, so that we can process your return and refund efficiently.
Faulty Item/s
Accidents do happen, though thankfully they are rare, and we are happy to reimburse you for any products that you receive from us with a defect or in error.
 
Please notify our customer service team within the first 3 working days from receipt of your order to obtain a return number.
Change Of Heart
We appreciate that you may have a change of heart about the purchase you may receive and we will usually replace the item, reimburse you or provide you with a credit note for future purposes. However, there are a few pointers that we would like to mention before you call us.
 
  • Please ensure that the goods are unused and in perfect, re-saleable condition (this does also include the product packaging and instructions etc.)
  • If there are any incomplete items returned to us, we will not be able to accept them. You will be held responsible for any other charges provided to you in connection with your order, for example, delivery charge and gift wrapping.
  • Please notify us within 30 days from receipt of your order.
Returning An Unwanted Gift
We have all been there, when we have received a gift and realise that we already have one.
 
Don’t panic! We are more than happy to accept them back. The same procedures apply as the ‘Change of Heart’ section.
 
Please note that refunds can only be processed to the card holder and the original purchaser.
Items Lost When Returning
Please note that for any items returned to us, we do not hold any responsibility for any lost parcels. We recommend that you use a secure and trackable service that post offices provide.
Refunds
We will exchange your item, issue a credit or refund within 14 days of receiving goods returned to us within the above guidelines.
